H&B LETTINGS COVID-19 WINTER 2021 STATEMENT
The team at Harker & Bullman, as it has done throughout the Pandemic, remains at the service of Landlords and Tenants and we will do everything we can to help clients, whilst complying with any restrictions that may be in place.
The majority of our team are once again office based, with some limited remote working from home, so our comprehensive property management service is assured. Please use the appropriate contact details below:

Office Hours
Our main office is open as usual 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday and until 12.30pm on Saturdays. In line with Government guidance we ask all visitors to wear a face mask unless they are exempt. If possible, please make your enquiry by telephone in the first instance.
Property Viewings
Where possible we are arranging block viewings. Applicants will need to keep rigidly to the times of their appointment, wear a mask and observe social distancing at all times. Where a property is tenanted, extra measures will be in place and applicants will receive full details prior to viewing.
We anticipate that demand for properties will continue to outstrip supply for the foreseeable future so please be aware that not all applications will be accepted for a tenancy.

As part of our Fully Managed and Platinum services, property Check Visits continue. This may be through the use of video calls so as to maintain good relationship with tenants, handle any problems and to ensure standards are maintained. We continue to book check visits throughout 2021 and conduct physical visits when circumstances allow.
Check outs will continue as usual, once properties have been vacated and left empty for several days.
Rent
Please note that the Government has stated that rent should be paid wherever possible – they have not agreed any ‘rent free’ periods. Where a tenant experiences difficulties they should inform our accounts department above so that we can work together and, once the pandemic is over, agree a plan to settle any arrears.
.
We continue to be humbled by the goodwill and the community spirit which exists in this beautiful corner of England and we are grateful to everyone for following the Government’s restrictions .
We hope you and your families remain healthy and stay strong.
Take Care
