Now that Estate and Letting Agents are permitted to open, we are able to book viewings at empty properties whilst observing strict hygiene and distancing measures. Please call us today on the number below for more details and to arrange an appointment.
Should customers need to attend our office for any reason, we would ask that (where possible) they call ahead beforehand to book a convenient time so that we can offer safe social distancing. In accordance with Government guidelines, face coverings will need to be worn by clients whilst they are inside the building.

Please note that the Government has stated that rent should be paid wherever possible – they have not agreed any ‘rent free’ periods. Measures have been announced to pay employees 80% of wages and to increase Universal Credit payments. Where a tenant experiences difficulties they should inform our accounts department above so that we can work together and, once the pandemic is over, agree a plan to settle any arrears.
Although Harker & Bullman has very much been available for its clients throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are delighted to be resuming our full services again and we look forward to working with you.
