Lettings Administrator

Interesting and varied position in busy, well-established Letting Agency. Initially 3 days per week plus every 3rd Saturday morning.

Acting as assistant to our Office Manager, your duties would include meeting and greeting visitors to our office, answering the telephone, registering new applicants, arranging viewings, processing Tenancy Applications and preparing correspondence and documentation. Generally assisting with the day-to-day office procedure and occasionally visiting properties with prospective tenants.

You would be part of an experienced team and although some knowledge of lettings and relevant software would be preferred, full training will be given. There would also be an opportunity to train for a qualification with ARLA Propertymark.

You will be keen, smart, a good communicator, a quick thinker and learner and willing to turn your hand to whatever the day may bring. You would be expected to have an excellent level of English and to be a proven team player.

Salary: £10,500 – £12,000 p.a.
