First time we rented and right from the start they were quick and professional which was key as we were coming down from Kent. Only had one issue with the toilet and even though we had two others the plumber came round next day and replaced the part. Wanted to get on the property ladder and when approached with this they were accommodating and did everything they could to help us. Deposit paid in full and over paid rent paid back straight away.
