Nikita Horton

Property Manager

Nikita Horton is Dorset ‘born and bred’ and knows the local area very well. Born in Poole, over the years Nikita has lived in Broadstone, Wimborne, Corfe Mullen, Bournemouth, Christchurch AND Southbourne! It’s no wonder Nikita understands the moving process so well and has first-hand experience of renting. That said, Nikita is very impressed with the Harker and Bullman Lettings approach. She has commented on how thorough and switched on we are compared to other local estate agents she has dealt with.

 

Nikita joined Harker and Bullman Letting Agents as a Property Manager in Summer 2021. Straight away she got completely stuck into the role. With four years’ experience in Lettings and with a willing, no-nonsense approach (not to mention a friendly can-do attitude), Nikita has all the skills needed for this demanding job and is a valued member of the Team. Nikita will be studying towards her ARLA qualification to further cement her existing property knowledge.

 

In her spare time Nikita loves horse riding and her 30 year old New Forest Pony is still very much part of the family, even though his riding days are over. In fact, Nikita enjoys many outdoor pursuits from kayaking and camping to paddleboarding and cycling in the local area. As a former boxer, including charity matches for Cancer Research, we are sure Nikita won’t pull any punches when faced with any challenging situations in her work. She definitely has a soft side though and is seen as the ‘fun auntie’ by her 4 nieces and nephews.
