Originally from Southampton, Maggie has lived in Wimborne for over 30 years and just like her colleague Amanda- she seems to know almost everyone in the town!

Having worked within the Dorset property industry for over 25 years Maggie has enormous experience of Estate Agency and Sales as well as local and national Developers and their dedicated ‘New Home’ departments. She has been involved with numerous large housing developments around the Dorset area from Ferndown to Poole and Sandbanks. Prior to her time as an Estate Agent, Maggie worked in sales for Yellow Pages (remember them?) so she is an excellent negotiator and communicator.

As a Lettings Administrator and one of Harker & Bullman’s front of house team greeting landlords and tenants, Maggie deals with a variety of  lettings tasks from arranging rental viewings and checking tenant applications through to communication with landlords to ensure they are happy before tenant referencing and contract negotiation / preparation can begin. Maggie is friendly and always professional.

Property really runs through Maggie’s veins – she project managed the complete refurbishment of her own home, dealing with all the contractors, design, specifying her requirements and scheduling all of the trades to be on site at the right time.

Married with 3 grown up children (and a Jack Russell), Maggie loves good food, a nice bottle of red, great company, socialising in Wimborne and country walks. With a flare for interior design, Maggie’s friends and family joke that her house has too many cushions!
