Ben Richardson

Marketing Manager (part-time)

Ben grew up in the village of Spetisbury, near Blandford and attended Poole Grammar School. He first joined Harker and Bullman over 15 years ago as the Saturday boy before returning as  Lettings negotiator several years later. It was during this second stint that Ben realised he had a passion for all things property and great customer service, so he decided to study Property Agency and Marketing at the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester.

Following several years as the Assistant Land Agent for a large rural estate, Ben returned to the fold with responsibility for marketing and the new website. However with his breadth of knowledge and property experience, he gets stuck in wherever needed and can be found advising clients on anything from EPC exemptions to Buy-To-Let returns.

Ben was a Director of the Wimborne BID from 2017-2019 (latterly as Vice Chair).

Although he currently lives in Wimborne, Ben would love to call the countryside home again one day. Ben’s passion is surfing and he can regularly be found across Devon, Cornwall and even Dorset- Bournemouth and the Purbecks being his choice if conditions are ‘right’. Apparently he has a love hate relationship with the wind!

On the rare occasions Ben has any spare time he spends it renovating his flat or building his campervan.
