Amanda Clifford MARLA
Amanda is a local girl having grown up in the villages of Chalbury, Gaunts Common and Holtwood. She currently lives in Colehill and seems to know half the people of East Dorset. It is rare for Amanda to walk through Wimborne without bumping into someone she recognises!
Being the daughter of a local Wimborne builder, Amanda developed a keen interest in property from an early age and enjoyed watching the progress of her father’s projects, especially in the Purbecks where a site visit usually ended in a coastal path walk!
With 20 years’ experience selling and letting property, combined with a love of meeting and helping people, Amanda feels she has the perfect job as Harler and Bullman’s Senior Negotiator and Valuer. As a Landlord herself she knows first-hand what makes a good Buy-To-Let property and the importance of finding the right tenants. In 2012 she studied for the ARLA technical award and is now a proud member of ARLA Propertymark.
Out of work Amanda enjoys baking and keeping fit and hopes one counteracts the other. She recently took up cycling and enjoys riding through the Dorset countryside, which reminds her what a beautiful county we live in.
