To help you make your decision

Harker & Bullman will help you to locate properties to meet your requirements, then arrange appointments and accompany you to viewings. They will be able to supply the relevant Safety Certificates and Energy Performance Certificate for each property, along with all the other useful information that you may need. When you find the home that suits you, you can reserve it by placing a deposit. You will be asked to complete an application form for referencing purposes and will need to provide proof of your identity - this process is straightforward and easy and usually takes little more than a week.
When you move into your new home you will need to pay a month's rent in advance in addition to one and half months rent as deposit. The rental figures quoted are exclusive of Council Tax and utility bills, which Harker & Bullman will transfer into your name at the beginning of the tenancy.

When Harker & Bullman are managing the property you will be provided with a full inventory detailing the interior, contents and garden. During the tenancy you will have the reassurance of knowing that an experienced Managing Agent is there to call upon if any maintenance or advice should be required.
