We will arrange appointments and accompany you to view any suitable properties. When you find the one for you, you can reserve it by placing a deposit. We will ask you to complete an application form for referencing purposes and will require proof of your identity - the process is simple and easy and usually takes little more than a week to complete.

When you move into your new home you will need to pay a month's rent in advance in addition to one and half months rent as deposit. Where Harker & Bullman are managing the property you will be provided with a full inventory detailing the interior and contents and you will have the reassurance of knowing that an experienced Managing Agent is there to call upon if any maintenance should be required.
